Insurance: ***WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE***

Our office does not participate with any insurance plans. We give our patients a receipt, called a superbill, with the necessary information on it for the patient to submit to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement directly to the patient. Many insurance plans will often at least apply a portion of the charges to the deductible if reimbursement is not part of the member's plan. The insurance companies will continue to cover, according to your plan, outside services such as x-rays, mammograms, colonoscopies, laboratory tests, consultants, hospitalizations and surgeries.

The doctors have also "opted out" of Medicare, which means any services done in our office are not covered by Medicare. Medicare unfortunately does not allow patients to submit superbills when a physician has opted out. However, as with other insurance carriers, Medicare will still cover outside services such as x-rays, mammograms, colonoscopies, laboratory tests, consultants, hospitalizations and surgeries.
